Professional Development for Educators at AAVEd

At AAVEd, we know that Georgia teachers have unique needs in the classroom that can’t be met with simple, cookie cutter solutions. That’s why we’re committed to working directly with educators to develop comprehensive curriculum approaches that work best for their respective schools, districts, and classrooms.

Led by our expert teacher educators, AAVEd’s PDs are about much more than simply learning Asian American history and gaining standards-aligned strategies to teaching it in the classroom. They’re also about building a community of knowledge and support through dedicated mentorship and ongoing professional growth opportunities.

AAVEd is proud to support teachers at all stages of their careers, and welcomes applications from pre-service and in-service teachers. Contact us (https://aaved.org/contact/) to learn how we can support you and your school today!
